Hey ladies! Today we are talking about hair, and not just a normal hair conversation. We are talking about 4 of the trendiest hair styles to rock at the gym! I don’t know about you but I get so bored of the standard pony tail or messy bun, literally everyone does it. its so ordinary. Now don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with a classic pony tail or messy bun but sometimes I want something a little more. So I decided to come up with 4 quick, easy, and adorable gym hair styles.

1: Mohawk Dutch Braid into a Messy Bun

Guys this hair style is so sassy. I love it so much. and its so simple! All you do is a standard dutch braid on the top of your head, and tie it into a messy bun. Boom! Simple as that!

Side note: If you guys do not know how to do a dutch braid I will also do a post talking about how to do basic braids so you can follow along with me.

2. Double Dutch Braids into a Messy Bun

I love this hair style! its perfect for keeping all the hair and fly aways out of your face when you are working out. There is nothing worse in my opinion than your hair literally sticking to you cause your that sweaty. gross. Thats why this hairstyle is so perfect. Its so cute, and it keeps the hair from sticking to you. Win win!

3. Side Dutch Braid into a Pony Tail

Not going to lie, this one is kind of tricky. Only because it is SO important how your hands are placed. If you have your hands placed wrong, your braid is going to be all lumpy and bumpy and to be honest, thats not the look we’re going for and thats really not cute haha!  But once you get the placement right all you have to do is a regular dutch braid, and tie your hair up into a pony tail. and you’re done!

4. Miley Cyrus Buns

HAHAHAHA these just make me laugh, but I actually really like them! The first person I saw wearing these was Fashion Blogger Cara Loren and I LOVED them! she looked so cute! So I thought I would give them a try. I’ll be honest, I do really like this look haha! It is so easy too!

Start by putting your hair in high pig tails and twist the hair till its tight and wrap the hair and fluff it to your liking. You can use hair ties if need be. I only used bobby pins and those buns weren’t going anywhere ๐Ÿ™‚

Love! My favourite are the first two. I am going to use your tutorial to try getting my braid so close to my hairline. P.S. These are also great hairstyles for new moms who have zero time and whose hair is ALWAYS in a boring ponytail or messy bun! ๐Ÿ˜‰ story of my life! As a fitness instructor AND new mom, these will work well for me! Thanks!
